Gas leak detection systems are particularly suitable for industries such as automotive and parts manufacturing, chemicals, rubber tires, semiconductor manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, food processing, papermaking, and packaging engineering. Furthermore, this system is widely used in automotive manufacturing, electronics, steel, chemicals, medical fields, and the textile industry. It is especially suitable for industrial scenarios with complex compressed air system piping networks where traditional leak detection methods are inconvenient.
The gas leak detector does not directly measure flow rate; instead, it measures the pressure drop inside the object being tested caused by a gas leak. Therefore, unlike traditional flow meters, this detector does not require disassembling the gas supply pipeline of the object being tested. Simply connect its measuring port to an unused interface on the object, such as a drain outlet. If there is no drain outlet, a dedicated interface can be set up for future periodic measurements. This facilitates the measurement of leaks in the object, enabling dynamic maintenance and management of the equipment.
