Liquid Cooling System Leakage

The GLD1100 liquid leakage sensor adopts a ultra-thin design, making it easy to install within the cabinet. Even in very limited space, it can handle such situations. Due to its thickness of only 24 millimeters, GLD1100 can monitor the leakage situation in the environment in real time. Once a leakage is detected, the controller will issue an alarm and transmit the leakage information through the RS485 communication interface. At the same time, it will activate a relay to output a switch signal. This leakage controller is programmed according to the MODBUS-RTU protocol, facilitating integration with monitoring systems and capable of monitoring up to 500 meters of sensing cables.

The power supply of the GLD1100 liquid leakage controller is 12 - 24 volts DC wide voltage, equipped with 1 relay output. It can be connected to RS485 (MODBUS-RTU protocol). The monitoring range of its leakage detection cable can reach 500 meters. Once a leakage is detected, its response time is less than 3 seconds. It adopts a 35 millimeter rail installation method, allowing for flexible installation within the cabinet. Its thickness is only 24 millimeters.

The GLD1100 liquid leakage controller has obtained various certifications such as CE, ROHS, FCC, and those issued by the metrology institute.

The GLD1100 liquid leakage controller can be used in conjunction with GDL2K liquid cooling leakage detection cables, GDL1/GDL3 leakage detection strips, GDL2M water detection cables, GDL4S, GDL7S acid-base leakage detection cables, and GDL4Y fuel leakage detection cables.
